During the Thursday, August 14, 2014, morning Jr. Beef Show at the 144th Whiteside County Fair, exhibitors Lucas Ebersole, right, and his friend Kayleb Lipe, left, both of Milledgeville, IL, showed their first place Cow and Calf.
The animals are Commercial Maine Beef cows. The Dame is “Grandma,” age 16! Her offspring is seven-month-old “Blizzard.”
