Do you know a centennarian? How about a person who is well past 100 years of age? The Morrison, IL, community is invited to share the 107th anniversary of the birth of treasured resident, Gladys Ludens. She is shown at her 106th birthday party with Carole Patton, Morrison.
Members of First Presbyterian Church will celebrate her 107th birthday at their Thursday, April 10, 2014, Free Community Meal, from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Supper and desserts will be offered in the church basement, 100 E. Lincolnway, Morrison.
The building is accessible to those who do not navigate stairs. Enter from Genesee Street and use the small elevator.
The slogan of First Presbyterian Church is, “Reaching out to our neighbor with open hearts; sharing God’s blessings with others.” On April 10, the church will share one of those blessings–Gladys Ludens.
