Numerous Arrests Made Following a Noise Complaint

The Morrison Police Department reports that on Sunday, June 14, 2009 at approximately 1:00 am, officers were dispatched to the 400 block of South Cherry Street in Morrison to investigate a noise complaint. Upon investigation, the officers discovered a party at the LaMarche residence, 406 South Cherry Street. As a result of the investigation, the following individuals were arrested:

Alan LaMarche (age 39), Cherish LaMarche (age 38), and Jeffrey Roggy (age 21) were charged with Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, all of Morrison.

The following individuals (including their ages and addresses) were charged with Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol as a Minor: Jacob LaMarche, 18, Morrison; Jeffrey Johannsen, 18, Morrison; Tyler Brown, 18, Morrison; Troy Kelly, 19, Clinton IA; Male Juvenile, 15, Morrison; Male Juvenile, 16, Dewitt IA; Male Juvenile, 15, Low Moor IA; Female Juvenile, 16, Dewitt IA; Female Juvenile, 16, Moline IL

All individuals were released after charged and processed at the scene. The minors were released to their parents or other guardians.

The public is reminded that all subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It is the State’s burden to prove any and all charges.
