Holiday Season at the High School |
|
At the Morrison High School, holiday cheer was spread in many ways. There was a giving tree, in which students could take a name of a needy child to donate to. The Student Council sold $1 candy grams: candy canes the students could buy and send to other students. There also was some creativity mixed in with the holiday season: a door-decorating contest.
The Student Council held a contest where each homeroom, or end-of-the-day-study-hall, decorated their classroom door(s) with a winter or holiday theme. The prize was a pizza party for the class whose door was judged the best. Each participating homeroom put forth their best efforts, as you can tell by the pictures.
