Homecoming 2008

This year’s Morrison High School Homecoming Week is rapidly approaching. The theme this year is “Welcome to the Jungle”. In hopes of making this year the best homecoming week yet there are many things the MHS Student Council would like the community to be aware of!

*If you are the father of a senior and would like to participate in the annual Senior Dad’s Football game at Thuse please contact Mrs. Landes at the high school ext. 141. We would like to know by October 7th if you are planning to participate.

*If you would like to have your organization or business participate in the homecoming parade there is still time. Contact Mrs. Landes at the high school ext. 141, we need all entries for the parade by Monday, October 7th.

*Important homecoming dates and times
Thuse is Thursday, October 9th at 6:00 p.m. You can purchase a button for $1 to get you in to Thuse. Buttons are on sale the week before Thuse during lunch periods at the high school, so have your student pick one up. Or you can stop in the office to buy one. Buttons can also be purchased at the Junior High. If you do not have a button, admission to Thuse will be $2 at the gate.

The Homecoming Parade is Friday, October 10th at 3:00 p.m. Line-up for the parade will start at the corner of Main street and Clinton street. Please be lined up by 2:45.
