B.E.S.T. Buys Equipment for MJHS PE Classes

Last year, B.E.S.T. (Better Enrichment for Students and Teachers) donated money to MJHS to buy new equipment for PE. The PE Department purchased horseshoes, tubit (washers), blongoball, and bocce ball sets. With this new equipment the students were able to start the school year with a lawn game unit. Pedometers were also purchased which will enhance fitness units.

MJHS would like to thank last year’s B.E.S.T. committee members (Kelly Vegter, Julie Mickley, and Lynne Hamilton) and all the parents who helped with B.E.S.T. last year for enriching the education of the students at MJHS.

Unfortunately, B.E.S.T. may not be possible this year due to lack of members. If you would like to be a part of B.E.S.T. for this school year, please call MJHS at (815)772-7264.
