Morrison H.S. Pons qualify for I.D.T.A. Sectionals

The Morrison H.S. Pom Pon squad competed in a Illinois Drill Team Association Regional contest on Saturday Jananuary 26 at Bureau Valley H.S.. The girls competed in Class "A" High Kick and qualified for the IDTA Sectional Contest to be held March 8 at Plainfield Central H.S.

Kelsey Rickels was also selected as one of the contests "Rising Stars" chosen by the Head and Assistant Floor Judges.

The girls will be performing their competition routine which will continue to be a "work in progress" through out the competition season.

This year the girls will also be competing in a new state organization competition series, Team Dance Illinois. They will be attending a Regional contest, hosted by Fieldcrest High School, on Saturday, February 2.
