The Resthave Auxiliary Coffee Hour and Bake Sale will soon be here. The Coffee Hour and Bake Sale will be held at Resthave Nursing Home on Friday, December 9 from 8:30 a.m. until 10 a.m.

Bake sale goods will be available in the Activity Room. Donations of pies, cakes, breads, candy and snack foods can be left at Resthave on Thursday afternoon, December 8, or early Friday morning with the Activity Department.

Tickets can also be purchased for chances to win a varied selection of gifts that have been donated by local businesses and friends. Sealed bids will be taken for a painting donated by Mae Domack. A drawing for a free fruit basket will also be held.

The Auxiliary provides items that benefit the residents and staff at the nursing home with the proceeds that are received by this event. A few of the items that have been purchased in other years include patient lifts, furniture and televisions.

Plan to attend and have a cup of coffee, visit with friends, buy some holiday treats or just enjoy the start of the season.
