Sesquicentennial Store is Open

L-R Edith Massey, Betty Stralow and Marjorie Gibson officially opened the Sesquicentennial Store on Wednesday afternoon.

The Morrison Sesquicentennial Store officially opened Wednesday, April 6, 2005. The store is located at 218 West Main Street. Hours for the month of April are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1-4 p.m. The hours will be extended as the Sesquicentennial celebration nears.

The store is selling t-shirts, sweat shirts, can cozies, pencils, temporary tattoos and pins all with the Celebrating 150 logo. More items of interest will be added.

Don Mulnix has his books on the 150 Years Religious Societies of Morrison, which includes stories of all the churches in Morrison.
