The Morrison Table Tennis League began its season on Monday, January 3, 2011, in the Southside Elementary School gymnasium. Fifth graders played from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. with all other age groups beginning at 6:30.

The atmosphere this year was again one of excitement. Greetings and conversations were exchanged between old faces and new, and then the long-anticipated games began. The night ended with many playing "doubles," which, rather than playing by oneself against one other opponent, consists of players participating in two-person teams.
